RESERVATION RULES

By submitting a reservation on the Paulandi online reservation calendar, you agree and accept the terms, conditions and rules as set out on this site. We will within 24 hours issue an invoice to you together with our banking details.

On receiving of the invoice a 50% deposit is payable within 48 hours for normal bookings, and within 24 hours for special offers. Failure to pay the deposit timeously will result in the reservation being canceled and the booking dates released back into the pool for booking.

We require a mobile phone number per reservation for registration on the security system of Leeupoort Holiday Town for the purpose of access control. Included with the invoice, you will receive instructions on the receipt and return of the key, as well as other information that will make your stay at Paulandi as comfortable as possible.


PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The balance of the invoice will be payable 14 days before arrival, if not paid or no acceptable arrangements are made in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.

If a reservation is within 14 days of arrival, the full invoice amount will be payable within 48 hours of the invoice issued.

If the reservation is within 48 hours of arrival, the full invoice amount will be payable immediately.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

Deposits is non-refundable, but should you require to change an existing reservation to another available date on the Paulandi reservation calendar, the change will be accompanied by a R400 administration fee.

If the altered reservation has a difference in the costs of the booking, the difference together with the R400 administration fee will payable within 24 hours, before the reservation is moved to the new dates.
